A very large percentage of hospitalizations are with COVID, not from COVID. I'm sure there is a decent number of hospitalizations with COVID in Monmouth hospital right now.
How does this compare to other waves? Why are the total number of hospitalizations up for all causes?
So I went to a Lakewood Urgent Care and there is a sign that it takes AT LEAST 4 days to get results from Covid tests. So I took flu and strep, and they both came back negative. Then I came home, and being a DDFer, I found the Abbot BinexNow test that I got when Dan posted it on DDMS. And instead of waiting 4 days, I got a Positive after 5 minutes...
Took my Covid test at an Urgent Care on the 5th. Just got a call with my results tonight - positive. That's TEN days!
That’s insane.I tested positive and only know because the lab told me after calling them every 12 hours for 5 days. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t heard back from the urgent care.
I checked the lab's portal. They only posted results today. So the Urgent Care was not sitting on the results - they called right when they got them.
Quotes in a signature is annoying, as it comes across as an independent post.
Is anyone getting negative results? Starting to believe the 80% positivity rate.
Me and I am hearing there are plenty others.
BH, feel well whatever you do/don’t have
What's LabCorp turnaround time?
I had a 2 day turnaround. Tested on the 10th. Results on the 12th
got my results overnight
Which location?
My Dr via lapcorp, not an urgent care
Ah. Curious if labcorp does testing for walk-ins without a Dr.
