After two years that's barely enough.   I don't see how they will sustain classes, grocery etc.   I wish them the best but at this point this should have been way bigger...

It's barely a year since they started publicizing it, and only a few months since people started moving in. It sounds like it's moving at a very rapid pace.

I don’t know what the magic number is, and maybe it’s a gradient, but above a certain number/range of families, people will be much more trusting that it’s legit. IDK if that’s 50, 75, or 200, but once it crosses that threshold then things should start moving at a faster pace.

For people who are not so familiar with the area, this community is not really in Tampa, Tampa is just the nearest major city.
It appears to be in either Sun City Center or Wimauma. It is about 30-45 minutes from Tampa.

I never pegged Sol Kerzner for a Chossid, but I can see why people would be into moving there. I'm not so into casinos myself, but it's right next to Pilansburg, and close enough to JNB to stock up on food periodically.
