Is the $2K spending limit per account or per CC, So with a limit of 3 CC I can charge a total of $6K? Also, is there a limit for the recipient or its just for the sender?

And to further clarify, the 3 CC limit is a hard limit. Adding 3 CCs and removing one of them does not give you the ability to add another card. Someone from Venmo will have to intervene for you to add another card.
