DOT case against Turkish Airlines taking advantage of travelers

There is an open formal complaint against Turkish Airlines for not informing passengers of their rights not keeping to their contract of carriage etc.
Anyone who has had any issues with them is invited to leave a comment on the case.

From following the whole trail seems it was JFK-IST-TLV that had IRROPS and stranded his son (and 6 others) in Turkey for almost 72 hours including a shabbos that he was filing about (should be covered departing US)

That specific filing that was tagged "Oh my what did he do here" seemed to be a separate experience that he had that he was using as proof that they dont follow their own contract of carriage

seems the specific issue is they kept lying to him for example he alleges they claim they confirmed a seat that was really only a standby and claiming they never received his receipts etc

End story is he seems to be claiming deceptive marketing not keeping their own contract of carriage and not informing passengers of their rights
later on he added allegations against their counsel etc based on their responses

Put a comment that in order for a fair judgement and to prevent the airline for having a precedent to claim that in every case, they should be requested as relevant and released under the freedom of information act

Granted that I have never filed one myself
Looking at their story I am not sure if there is enough relevance to file a formal complaint unless they go the discrimination route (which I can't see working in in TLV  ;) )
I would recommend contacting Delta CEO office by emailing the CEO
But then again what do I know not being a lawyer
