You'll want to book a parking spot in their garage on SpotHero before you go.
Bar is closed in the morning, but restaurant on 16 will serve you drinks on the couches outside.

The Signature Room at the 95th
Pros:Great view of the city. As a party of two you'll probably be sitting directly by the window.
Cons: They don't accept reservations, so depending on the time (especially around sunset) there may be a line to enter. They card  from 7PM and on.

its a phone.. its very not proper to have a phone out on a date... unless you ask before hand that you need it for gps purposes.. otherwise.. ugh

Didnt think about that. I can hear that being a slight issue. But truthfully we tend to overthink if something is "protocol" or not. As long as  it doesn't make the other party uncomfortable whats the big deal.
