Bar is closed in the morning, but restaurant on 16 will serve you drinks on the couches outside.

The Signature Room at the 95th
Pros:Great view of the city. As a party of two you'll probably be sitting directly by the window.
Cons: They don't accept reservations, so depending on the time (especially around sunset) there may be a line to enter. They card  from 7PM and on.

its a phone.. its very not proper to have a phone out on a date... unless you ask before hand that you need it for gps purposes.. otherwise.. ugh
+1. I always use it for GPS. I tell her that when I take it out. As soon as we get to our destination, I either turn it off or put it on airplane mode.

Even still, if you have a choice to use a GPS, i think it's better to use one.
