There is a batting cages/mini golf/driving range in Bogota (Teaneck area). Think it is called Bogota golf center or something like that.

I've been here a bunch of times, it's a good place. And the mini golf is indoors, so it's great for the winter...

1. I know many law libraries for sure are open to the public even if they claim their not. Because they house federal archives which is by law open to the public therefore so is the library. 2. Most big college libraries I've been in have lounge areas where people talk. FTR I've never been in New Haven. Just a guess of a good place.

PUTPAC. I'd like to know what the law library says when you bring up that they store public federal records and as a citizen they are denying your rights.

I can't tell you about Yale only in general.
You will bump into security guards at the door who won't have a clue of what you are talking about.
Sometimes if you show them the Federal Depository sign it could help.
