90 day grace period
« on: July 23, 2020, 09:55:10 PM »
https://www.forbes.com/sites/advisor/2020/07/23/ny-to-set-90-day-grace-period-for-credit-card-rewards/amp/

Is there a write up on ddms regarding this?
Will it actually help claw back? Can they just claim you broke some terms and conditions, not related to closing the card

I saw it here.
https://www.doctorofcredit.com/new-york-senate-passes-law-that-credit-card-customers-get-90-days-grace-period-to-redeem-rewards/
Was sure somebody posted it already so just ignored.

Btw I understand that DOC interpreted it that even if YOU choose to close the card, you'll have the same 90 day grace period, which I don't see why.

Forbes interpreted the same way. I guess it says if your account is closed, terminated or canceled. Canceled means you?
