1)will the centro 2 gen be allowed to activate on my plan?

How can I add data?

I have unlimited and text data on 2 of the 3 phones on the plan included (total plan costs $35+tax).  I had to pay an additional $20 monthly to add text to the 3rd line......after HUCA too many times to count I gave up trying to get it included.
