yes. added to my plan right before the $10 smartphone tax went into effect.
supposedly it would have incurred that fee. although it is 'old' enough to be generally compatible with older plans.
also, touch pro 2, same OS, reported to not be getting hit with the $10 fee, so it's possible same here, haven't heard reports either way
anything else?

I had tried the tp2 but it was bulky. It worked on my old plan so I believe the intrepid will too.

Looking for a Good Sprint dumb phone.
It should be a good texting phone with physical keyboard and support Whatsapp if posible.
Preferably Android and access to internet albeit slow..
Got any suggestions?
Replenish? Rumr? ST else?

Seems like you have many options. The replenish sounds good cuz of the keys. U can't have whatsapp on the rumor or remarq. U can get a blackberry too.

I am on the old Free & Clear plan with an add-on for a third phone for my daughter. Her phone broke and I need to replace it. She pretty much only has texting - no data. The plan details are below.

Any suggestions for a decent phone with a full qwerty keyboard that Sprint will allow on the plan?

He doesn't need a data phone like the Centro. He can get the lg rumor touch or reflex or the lotus.
LG remarq is also good for text.
Centro is good for people on the old plan with data included.
