I had rented it the day before for 37$ after using 50$ in vouchers...
The next day, i was supposed to go change it and get a different car for the weekend...
So i asked them if i could have a nice car and he gave me back the keys to the infiniti...

depending on the place they have to pick you up and if they cant they pay you for a taxi so if you call half hour b4 the close they usually dont have anyone to pick up, so i just get a ride.

so you mean 5star gold actually gets you real upgrades? even in brooklyn?

as a rule of thumb in brooklyn all agents are nasty (they have to put up with more then agents in other cities)
i had a agent refuse to upgrade me even though im 5 star, when i returned i got a discount from branch manager

I think Sixt diamond is only given to friends of Mrs Sixt (owner).

Brooklyn hertz has very good service if ur 5 star from my experience and what i heard from others.

if the location you rented from didnt have or didnt wanto give u a free upgrade with 5 star you can always go to another location which does have availible and they have to give it to you
