There's a parking lot for each class to pick up from I pointed in the direction of the luxury section (showing my friend something) the attendant asked me which car I wanted so I pointed to that one and he said take it he gave me a slip to give by the exit and there I went with my car

You sure it was actually the PC lot? When I was there a week and a half ago, the PC lot was actually mostly filled with reserved cars, only a small portion of it was for PC ultimate choice.

I got a reserved car which was a Impala so I went inside and asked if there's any other car available I can take so he looked on computer and said upstairs in the PC lot there's a maxima you can have. I asked him if there's any other options and he said no. So I went upstairs and got into the car and DW didn't like it so she asked the lot guy if we have to take that car. He said just take any car you like and go. So that's what I did.
