Called Hertz and told them Avis beat their price to see if there was anything they could do for me, they gave me a $25 coupon. new total is:254-25=$229

Called Avis and told them they were beat by a Hertz, she gave me a free award day, after all said and done it now saves me $46. new total is $218

National didn't want to give me anything.. they remain at the original cheapest $228

Avis had a Taurus in my slot, so I went to Hertz which wanted to give me a Mitzubishi Galant.I politely told them to find someone else to drive it.Their lot was empty so he had no other offers for me. On to National. I quickly saw that it was in a totally different terminal so I tried to call them to ask what they have sitting in the Aisle, after ringing for 4 minutes I gave up and went back to Avis. I asked nicely for a different car stating that I'm usually taken care of being that I'm Avis Pres. After hmmming and hawwwing for a minute he 'found' me a Mustang. All cameros and other cars were 'booked'. They did have a very full lot with many many nice cars. I took the mustang and we'll see how long I keep it until I try to swap it at the Collins location.

Was a horrible car, on the road I called Avis, was basically passing Harrisberg Airport, I called them that I wanted to swap, they had a Optima waiting for me when I came

With hertz I find that when I reserve a premium they won't upgrade me to a luxury (without a fight) even though i'm PC as that's the official rule but if I call and have them write in the comments that i would like a DTS or a Genesis than i usually find a luxury in my stall

Yes but the upgrades are always better and you don't need to deal with any agents.

i learnt in telshe yeshiva the guy down the hill is worst avis agent in the world literaly never go there. there is a guy in beachwood location ron he is very nice

First I got a Liberty from PBI and right away the engine light went on, and the engine started acting funny, didn't accelerate past 50 mph etc. Called Roadside assistance and they brought me the Suzuki, a cute zippy car. The next day I went to FLL and told the rep what happened so he says ill see what i can do but don't shoot too high. So I said ok so I wont ask for an Escalade but how about a Genesis. Hes like ok I got for you! OH btw this guys name is Michael ( I think) and hes always by the preferred desk in FLL; hes the quickest agent I've ever seen. Before you manage to get out of your mouth what car you want he already has you in it and the RA printed up. Great guy but wont usually give a PC more than a 2 class upgrade. We go way back (as well as the jeep breaking down), is what got me 5 car class upgrade

Basically I picked up @ a location near the yeshiva know the guy well so he gave me a Toyota rav 4 for $10 upgrade. Took someone to the airport and while there swapped the rav 4 for a Volvo
