Different locations treat you different. All top notch tho, some take it to the next level.  If I was over 25 it would have probably made some rentals smoother.. never been chairman so no clue..

In LAX a manager was fired for renting a ferarri to a 21yr old plat. - it wasnt that he upgraded him - he didnt.
Its that he was underage..
one of the perks is I drive by a hertz local that has a car I like, and I call the plat desk tell them I want them to call the locations manager and say im coming to switch for it. 9/10 they say no problem swap for free. Did it to a few prestige cars from "luxury" where originally I rented F or G.

When I was in SFO serval weeks ago I had the same experience. The only cars on the aisle were a few mini-vans and one small SUV. I ended up taking a dodge grand caravan.
