Changing a standard ticket to EXTRASEAT
« on: July 29, 2020, 11:16:00 PM »
You book a reservation for you and a family member, your family member can't come, can you now change the name on their ticket to extraseat so you get an extra seat?

As a general matter, no, you cannot change the name on a ticket. (I believe one or two airlines may allow it for a fee.)

Thanks. Can I assume though that the seat will not be sold to someone else? And can I use the unused ticket for an extra bag?
