Play around with the quantities. I know when I worked in manufacturing and we shipped stools that the cost to ship one stool vs., say, 3 were very lopsided and made the "multipack" much more attractive.

I got qty 3 to ship to NY/NJ and qty 2 to MD.

Now I'm wondering if the price is discounted b/c it doesn't comply with many state emission or other compliance standards.

Back in 2008 or CA made a change in the amount of formaldehyde allowed in wood-based products and basically every other state followed suit.

Let's try some southern states and I wouldn't be surprised if one of them took (though I wouldn't be surprised if nothing took either, lol).
