Very nice. It isn’t possible to make a hybrid that includes U.K. , SA, Brazil, LA, etc. variants all all in one?
As long as you have to pay Moderna individually...
The flu vaccine is 3-4 different vaccines at once and MMR is 3 in 1, so its definitely possible to multiples vaccines in one shot. I don't know if it possible or feasible to do a MRNA vaccine that way.
My understanding is that Moderna submitted to the NIH both a B.1.351 booster and a multivalent
The multivalent m1273.211 is a combination of m1273 and m1273.351 in a single dose. It doesn’t address other variants.
https://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2020/07/29/johns-hopkins-press-conference-coronavirus-pandemic-latest/Can any places other than China keep up social distancing protocols for another 15 months? Or are we going to continue to see increasing flare-up and waves as countries throw in the towel?
We are just about 9 months out and It’s looking like the end of 2021 is a pretty good bet for much of the Western World- Canada, Europe, etc. with Israel obviously the exception along with possibly the US and UK depending on the vaccination progress. In the third world it’s looking like this could easily go well into 2022.
It's still only April. If Canada isn't fully vaccinated by late summer/early fall, there needs to be a national reckoning
Unless they fall into an unexpected bounty of vaccinations, they won't be more than half done by fall.
my guess is by June or sooner the USA will have more vaccines then they can use.
I'd put money on our excess going down south faster than north.
How far south? Less than 30 days of US supply can cover voluntary vaccinations for both Canada and Mexico.
I'm thinking South America and Africa more than Mexico.
