What are the new categories? Do they differ by Chase Card?

I have Chase business Ink, and I don't see a reference to Airbnb as an option on the portal.
The only categories I see offered today (4/1/2022, new quarter) are "select charities" and "internet, cable, and phone" both at 1.25 cents/pp.

IS this the best option to redeem Ultimate Reward points?   I have a bunch of points I was going to use for travel and needed to book tickets another way in the end (because of the terrible options the UR gives for tickets).   
If I am able to use the points to "pay yourself back" for 1.25, is this the best use of the points?
