There's an Apple-K symbol on the back. I have no idea who that is, but a quick gogole search indicates that this seems to be their website and they appear on AKO's list of member kashrus organizations here (though that's not an indication of reliability). The name listed as the Apple-K contact on AKO seems to indicate that Rabbi Yacov Barber runs it. Still can't tell you if it's reliable though.
