I just redeemed a flight with onepass miles at the end of last week. I had to buy 2000 miles at $70 to top it off. You think if I complain cotomer service will let me transfer from my united account and refund the $70?
PM me to get $100 Tradeking Referal Bonus!

Weird, I tried registering and it rejected saying info didn't match even though it really did, figured I'd wait a few days until they fix the system and try again, then I got an email confirming my registration.

I have two co accounts. When I did registration, I was told that accounts do not match. But they match indeed. So I called and was told that I had to merge two co accounts first, then did the registration. I didn't tell that I have two accounts when I was on phone.

Are the miles transferring (arriving) instantantly?

If you insist:
"For elite status match, if you hold (Continental) Platinum status but it was not earned based upon EQM, EQS/EQP, you will be at the (United) Premier Executive level."
Posted PremEx.
Platinum is still cooler!

If someone is on a 90 day challenge from CO can they match to UA for the full year?

As UA insider posted here,

1. Transfer redeemable miles between your OnePass and Mileage Plus accounts. Give it a spin at united.com/transfermymiles or continental.com/transfermymiles (both take you to the same place).
2. Match Elite status and combine Elite earnings for your OnePass and Mileage Plus accounts. For those of you who have Elite Qualification miles and segments/points in both OnePass and Mileage Plus, you can now combine these earnings to earn Elite status, Regional Upgrades and Systemwide Upgrades. Go to united.com/combinemyactivity or continental.com/combinemyactivity for all the details.

Here are a few important things to remember:

*You can transfer miles only once per day, in 1,000-mile increments with a limit of 200,000 miles per transfer.
*You can transfer miles only between accounts in your name.
*If you change your mind, you can wait 24 hours and move the miles back into their original account.
*Transferring miles won't affect your elite status in either program.
*Transferring miles does not consolidate your accounts.
It seems you can now do less than a thousand mile tranfer. I just did one.
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.
