Saudi's MBS talks tough on Israel in order to demand more sweets from Trump for relations normalization?

Don't know, but I wish I was there to give him a slap across his face.

Maybe, KSA has also made slight overtures to the Iranian regime, probably more of the same. At the same time, it could just be KSA seeing itself as a leader in the Arab world, speaking of for their brothers.

Posturing so they negotiate from a stronger position.

Has this been reported?

The International Criminal Court has announced an external investigation into accusations of sexual misconduct against its chief prosecutor.

Karim Khan said he would engage in the process and continue in his role while the investigation was ongoing. He denies the allegations.

Hasn't been discussed here, but this has been going on for some time. The accusation from Israel/allies is that he only brought charges against Bibi and friends to distract from the allegations against him.

I don't think so. This seems to me to be a recent development. The claim was reported in May.

In fact, some have suggested it's the other way around. Israel is trying to derail the case against them by discrediting him.

Five ICC sources familiar with the situation said that while Israel or its allies might be attempting to take advantages of the allegations, many within Khan’s top team did not believe they had been invented by external actors hostile to the court.

Pro-Israeli interests “may have exploited the story but they didn’t create the story”, one official said.

The claim was reported in early May. Khan announced warrants in late May.

From the 301 Telegram news channel (auto translated):

Quote
Editor 301 - Yehoshua Hameiri in first publication:

A dramatic breakthrough in the talks that the Americans are conducting to significantly expand the Abraham Accords.
The American envoy Witkoff arrives for a series of meetings in the region to close the gaps.
Not all the details are known, but according to what is already known, these are political moves that will lead to the replacement of the Shiite crescent axis around Israel with a moderate Sunni axis that includes Syria and Lebanon.
Within this framework, Syria and Lebanon will join the political arrangements in exchange for billions that will be poured into them by Saudi Arabia for the purpose of restoring and rebuilding the countries. Russia will maintain a military presence in Syria and will disengage from the Shiite axis, and the US will establish a large military base in Jordan and assist Egypt in building a nuclear reactor for electricity needs.
The Gaza Strip will be handed over to the management of American-Saudi companies that will develop it so that it will serve as a quick outlet to the Mediterranean Sea and be used to export oil from the Gulf countries and import goods from the West.
More details soon.

As outlandish as this sounds, it make sense in view of George Friedman's analysis.

Minister Hanegbi revealed that there was a constant direct channel of communication with the Syrian regime throughout the war.

Today Netanyahu in his address to the nation, he predicted an expansion of the Abraham Accords to some countries in the region (Syria and Lebanon being the most obvious candidates), as well as non-neighbors.

Who do you think will be the first non-neighbor to sign on?

I am guessing that it could be Indonesia or Malaysia.

Any other guesses?

My understanding is that Malaysia is unlikely, they are generally very hostile in rhetoric and policy, also as a democracy their leaders will be more sensitive to public opinion which at this time is going to be very anti.

Indonesia also has the democracy problem... but coming from much closer maybe..

I would guess first would be less stable African countries with more to gain e.g. Chad, Niger. Bangladesh could surprise also

Kedar came up with this 20 years ago but it's actually older than Oslo.

google 'Village Leagues'. at the time of Oslo the clans begged Israel not to bring in Arafat and the PLO
