It's not like that outside of Israel.
Depends where. Egypt and Jordan aren't very safe for Jews who are easily visible as such.
The major difference between this (and the coming agreements with other Gulf nations) and the one's forged by the Israeli left (I know Begin was Likud, but he was literally forced into it by major left-wing forces) with Egypt and Jordan was that in this case there isn't widespread popular resentment and hatred towards Jews and the State of Israel and the agreement just removes legal barriers and formalizes FRIENDLY cooperation that was previously in place.
In the case of Egypt and Jordan there is widespread popular hatred and opposition to any peace and cooperation with Jews or the State of Israel. The agreements formalized what was in place prior to that, security cooperation and some trade. The population in Egypt and Jordan (and to a lesser extent in Morrocco) doesn't like the peaceful and open relations with Jews and with the State of Israel.
