Can anyone please compare/contrast with the agreement with Greece?
Israel doesn't recognize anything from Greece, it's a one way street for now.

Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid officially inaugurated Israel’s embassy in the UAE Tuesday afternoon, hailing the “historic moment.”

Lapid thanked former prime minister and political rival Benjamin Netanyahu, whom he called “the architect of the Abraham Accords and who worked tirelessly to bring them about.”

He also thanked former US president Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden.

Impressive. You would never hear Biden give Trump credit for anything.

Of course not the Abraham Accords ruined every chance of peace between Israel and the PA Trump actually made things much worse.

He was the worst president, look at the mess he made by the border. Look how bad he left the economy.

Pun intended...

To be fair, Trump defeated himself. But it's funny to see how far some will avoid giving him credit for anything.

Crediting the devil is taboo in this society.

He will remembered as the president that made the most drastic moves in history, although can’t say if it will be to the good or to the bad.

My personal approach is like when Israel bombed Iraq, the entire world was angry. Years later after 9/11 everyone knew to thank them but no one really did. In the future, there will be many things you could openly thank Trump or say his policy was right, no one will admit or thank him. Think about North Korea, Iran, Mexico, China, Canada and the policies he had in place.

I remember hearing that the USA did thank Israel in the first Gulf War, but I have been unable to find any record of that, though I haven't really searched all that much.

Surprisingly the Kindergarteners in Israel are much more well behaved than the Kindergarteners in the US.

You can't compare Israel to the US. Netanyahu was the face of Israel for years and is there to stay, no way to make believe he's non existent, so when talking of processes he initiated it would be foolish to omit his name. Versus the democrat's political game towards the Trump years, they are portraying it to be a nightmare full of chaos with this maniac in the white house, like some dark age in American history everybody want's to forget about and never look back, and of course his name should never be mentioned in the slightest positive light.

But overall American politics is much more civil than the Israeli's. A session in congress never looks like the circus they preform in the Knesset.
