The last mile is usually where the problems occur. Local PO's is a big issue.

There are definitely big changes going on that are causing issues, but this is a partisan hit piece.

I suspect a lot of the issues are caused by employees fighting the crackdown on overtime abuse.

A few questions.

It seemed like they were saying removing a machine saves money. How does removing a machine save money? Why not just turn it off. How big are these machines?

Assuming Trump is sabotaging. Why is Trump so worried about voter fraud? Voter fraud can go both ways.

Who postmarks envelopes? Local post office or distribution center? Don't the mail in ballots work based on the postmark date?

There is overtime abuse but the main issue is a shortage of employees. Cheaper to give out overtime than to hire more employees.
