First hand knowledge dealing with management and the union.
Under the contract supervisors are not allowed to work on the equipment. Union looks the other way when this happens, I didn't. I was paid many times for work they did.
I was paid many times for for not working at all when they did not follow the overtime rules.

This issue is Trump complains that USPS will not be able to handle the volume. He then is trying everything he can to make that come true.

Perhaps because the type of fraud that mail-in voting makes easier is more likely to happen in large cities. It's a lot easier to go door to door collecting unused ballots in Philadelphia than it is in a rural area.
