Don't conflate absentee voting which requires the voter request an absentee ballot with vote by mail where ballots are automatically sent to anyone on the voter rolls dead or alive. It leaves millions of ballots available to be collected and fraudulantly submitted.

 A. a case where identical to what the D's want done across the country, was tried and failed miserably and ended in terrible allegations, or

B. A case which is a far smaller program, when weighted, run entirely different that's been done successfully for years.

1 - Could that be pulled off without the help of someone in the post office?
2 - What are the chances that it doesn't get noticed and reported by many of those 500 people? (As opposed to going door to door, and only collecting from people who voting records show have not voted in a while).
3 - what are the chances that once it gets reported the person gets caught? (see #1, which limits the potential suspects(
