Amazon & UPS are in the business of making money. There's a reason they use USPS sometimes... when it's cheap!

USPS makes money delivering packages. What part of this don't you understand? Giving major players a break for volume is SOP. The cost for delivering Amazon/UPS is less for USPS than for you or me.

They don't release their internal numbers that break it down by mail class. So unless you you access to internal data or a full understanding of mail flow it is just your/their opinion.

There is an existing absentee ballot system that can be worked on to accommodate the folks who can't or don't feel safe voting in person.

The real question is why Democrats and liberals want to make voting by dysfunctional mail or drop boxes the norm for 150M people.

That is a complete deflection. There is mail in voting. USPS has nothing to do with this decision.

States don't have that authority. Congress will try and help but Trump will try and block it.
Simple steps would be to give them temporary funding and stop the removal of LSM's. Unlock those (LSM's) that are needed to process the ballots.

I have no idea what you are talking about. The process for mail in voting has already started in my county. The same is happening across the country.

She got it right that it is a service and not a business. LSM's do need to be taken out of service but wait until after the election. Also if you are going to cut back on overtime it should also be after the election.
