No HT? I was hoping to get a bottle of scotch for my 168th birthday.
It's on the way already, @Dan can send you the USPS UPS tracking number
Thanks for the help in getting the story right, this is where DDF shines brightest! No way could this be done on the FB group.
I'm curious to know, from a legal standpoint, how a change in policy affects the customer's rights when it occurs in the middle of a roundtrip ticket. If the change makes it impossible for the customer to make the return trip, what are the airline's responsibilities to their now-stranded passenger? IINM, airlines treat a roundtrip ticket as one transaction. Changing the terms mid-transaction has to leave some room for the customer to be accommodated under the original terms.
https://nj1015.com/shame-on-jetblue-for-removing-family-over-a-2-year-old-and-a-mask-opinion/DEMINSKI & DOYLE just announced that this story will be the topic of their conversation during the 5:00 hour. And very likely to inspire anti-Semitic comments....
He didn't mention in the story who the woman is. Maybe he'll say it on air. But he did say that it's a gross overreaction by JetBlue, so we know his stance on this.
They put up a poll on Twitter, over 90% say JB overreacted.
