If 50 people got it, it  sounds like they tried to make a "bubble", but obviously someone from outside came in.

Also, from what I understand, many yeshivas are keeping the talmideim in a bubble and are not requiring masks and distancing on campus, but still have rabbeim coming in and out, which means things like this are likely to happen.

Ner Yisroel does require masks for the bochurim. Believe it or not, it is possible to spread the disease even if everyone is wearing masks. It may limit the likelihood but it doesn’t make it that it can’t spread. I know many people who were “careful” and wore masks and still got it. Do people really believe that only non mask-wearers are getting the disease?
