CS: Chase v. AMEX

Does anyone else find that Chase answers SMs infinitely quicker than AMEX?  Chase responds that they will answer in 4 hours, and its usually less.  AMEX says they will respond within 10 hours, and it's almost always more.  I am waiting on a response now 24hrs and counting. 

Any else have this?

Yup. However many times the answer from chase is that the message is being passed on to another dept. and then the real reply can come a day later.
