Zoom Camera Help

Problem:
I want to use the rear camera for a zoom conference.
My phone has two rear cameras, one regular and one wide angle.
When I toggle to the rear camera, it goes by default to the wide angle camera, and I can't figure out for the life of mine how to toggle to the regular rear camera in zoom.
I tried toggling it many times.
I tried leaving it on different camera modes in the camera app then opening zoom.
I tried googling.
Nothing:(
Any help would be appreciated. It's an lg v20.

Maybe a setting in the camera which you can toggle between which camera to use, meaning one of them is a default?
