What credit card did you use for the tickets?
AMEX PlatinumThey claim that only LOST luggage is covered. Delayed luggage even 4 days, is not and needs to be purchased separatelyActually the ticket was purchased with Amex Platinum. The second luggage was paid for using the Delta Amex card, but that card is also has no coverage
My son is clothless and can't even shop due to quarantine :-(

Can you get someone to call the luggage company? My son can't speak Hebrew well and it's been over a week!He's getting very anxious.
Googled the company online and found a better number. They just "found" the bags and will deliver them tomorrow.... Over a week later. And I'm in the same boat. No "luggage delay" insurance only "lost luggage" which isn't the case here, since they never lost it, just delayed the delivery a full week. Lesson learned.
