i booked an award ticket (saverpass) this summer on continental nonstop from ewr to tlv.  my preferred date was not available for saverpass so i booked for another date that will work for us.  once it was ticketed they did put me on a waitlist for the day the i prefer. has anyone had any luck with this clearing in the past? i didn't even know you could do such a waitlist until today.
