Called yesterday to find out why my credits still haven't posted for staples orders made last year, they got a
"manager" on the phone who explained nice and calmly that I was credited Jan 2 and that it takes 4-6 weeks to post when asked again why I haven't received it yet she kindly explained that my math was wrong due to the fact ,that February has less days,speechless.    pebkac ::)

Anyone recall how quickly the credit posts for VSE?  IIRC, it was after statement...?

Anyone have any experience with Visa Savings Edge credits not posting?

I started using my registered card about 6 months ago at an Everyday Offer merchant. No credits have posted. I've been calling Visa Savings Edge and getting rerouted to 5 different agents and then told to call my card issuer. When I call Chase they say it has nothing to do with them and to call Visa Savings Edge. I'm on my second attempt (about 3 hours each time) and it's starting to get to me...
