United boarding groups
« on: September 06, 2020, 02:23:48 PM »
Not sure if this is permanent or not but on my two United flights last week they did not use the boarding groups printed on the boarding passes at all.  They boarded the planes by rows starting from the back.  (No separate boarding for basic economy).

For me it was annoying as I am used to boarding in group 2 and not worrying about overhead space.

I believe this is the policy for all airlines due to covid.
Was great for me when I boarded early with a BE ticket.
