I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
I had a balance transfer deal from US Bank
In April I missed a payment by one day. I missed another one in March.
They said they took away the 0% apr because of that.
I didn't realize this, and the last time I called to pay, they told me they credited my account for the 2 late fees.

They are now saying my account is not eligible for the 0%apr because I missed 2 payments.
Does anyone have experience with this?

This is really putting me behind the 8 ball.

For consumer credit card holders, an issuer can assess a penalty APR if you're 60 days late on a payment and the issuer has sent you a written notice 45 days before the rate increase. The terms were implemented by the Credit CARD Act of 2009, which puts limits on penalty fees and charges.

Is this a personal card or business?

Unfortunately, I don't know whether there's anything you can do (other than pay off the balance).

When taking advantage of a good (or great) deal, you have to be on top of it and keep to the terms, or else you can lose the deal and end up in a bad (or terrible) situation.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Get a new 0% apr card and balance transfer again

This is your best bet.

I can remember the days when you can be late a day or two on your card, and the issuer didn't care. With all of the regulations on them now, they have to take advantage of any other ways to make money.

You can be an hour late and they can take away your promo. Since the few days late won't hurt your credit (assuming you didn't go 30+ days past due), if you can find another promo with a different card (although you'll pay the 4%+ fee) it might be the best bet. Or getting a personal loan at a low rate might work too.
