No idea. Has anyone ever done a 4BM? In any case, Chase is unlikely to to approve more then 2 in one month (there are exceptions).
In that case isn't it better to apply for the 2 that I want most instead of three and risking not getting one of the better ones?
Example: If I prefer ink and sapphire, if I do the 3bm with united also, I might end up getting united and ink.
OTOH maybe if I do just two (sp and ink) I might get only one card? Or will I get both?
?

It's been discussed on here before - if you apply for three (or even two), it's possible you'd get approved for a card you want less than another.

I'm assuming he only got one pull, since he said that it worked. But this is really an exception especially since lately when applying for more than one at a time they cancel the apps till recon is called.

So, in other words, the 3 browser method doesn't work anymore?

Cancel, or reject? I recently had an app pushed through by recon and still get flagged as a dupe, another quick call to recon resolved that.

So, in other words, the 3 browser method doesn't work anymore?

It works to get one pull, but it's harder to get 'em all pushed though. Personally I think 4BM is overkill and has inherent risks, but that doesn't mean it's impossible (even in today's climate) to get all four apps approved.

Which risks?

Here are my priorities:
1) Sapphire AND Ink Bold.
2) United/Continental.
3) Freedom (for the 10 pts. per transaction). As I mentioned before I already own a BA card (less than a year) and Priority Club card (at least 7 years) to maybe convert into freedom (although I much rather get the bonus, as long as it doesn't take away other bonuses, obviously).

What would be my course of action?

PS. Credit score above 750.

If you have sufficient credit lines on the old cards and are willing to transfer credit and/or close them, I'd do a 3BM now for the SP/IB and CO (or whatever the three most valuable are to you), then in 3+ months (depending on how it goes?) you can do another 2/3BM and (possibly?) transfer credit and or close (some of) the new cards to push through those apps.

Willing to transfer credit no problem.
So you're saying that a 3 bm could still work for all 3 cards? even with everything people are saying on this thread?
(almost on the verge of doing it...)

I'm saying that if you have good credit/income and not too many inquiries from other issuers, you have a good chance (with recon, if you play your cards right and don't get a witch/devil) :)
