If being incorrect about a factois is that same as saying "I was wrong" then why in the world get worked up in a tizzy over me posting a PM where all you say is "I was wrong"
It's not what it contained. It's that you did it.
Sorry, but there's a big difference in my book between divulging a message that's actually contains private info and a message that says "I'm wrong."
If I had said I was wrong/incorrect in the thread, why feel the need to repost a PM?I guess I'm just having a hard time understanding because it's something I wouldn't do myself.
Dan are you an admin and owner? Doesn’t the success of this forum have a lot to do with your credibility? Are you serious that you see nothing wrong with posting a PM?
I'm going to interrupt now just for a moment to ask that this get convo get split off (maybe to here)
If it was something that was actually private info it wouldn't be divulged.Being that I just repeated a synonym of what was admitted, I didn't have an issue posting it.
Dan is keeping this conversation here because he wants to pad his post count, right AJK?
The official reasons why Chase closed the accounts were do to changes in the credit file.
No one knows the real reasons, as they don't say. My feeling is that they've somehow associated the accounts with me, and I was shut down - Blacklisted - by Chase a few years ago.
IP address? Phone number you called from? Something else?
Phone number.
Listed on the account, or the one you called from?
Both, although it's probably the first that caused the problem. Just guessing.
