Dude.

If I'm understanding right, the test isn't because of exposure, it's to show proof of health (possibly for simcha?). Really poorly worded, though.

Where can I get a rapid negative test in crown heights?

First place to try would be 749.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

They can also come to your home to do PCR tests

If all he needs is proof of negative antigen on the spot might do.

They charge $29 for PCR and $49 for rapid, per person.

Free testing (Citywide):

https://www.nychealthandhospitals.org/covid-19-testing-sites/

and

https://www1.nyc.gov/site/coronavirus/get-tested/covid-19-testing.page (scroll down to the bottom to see pop-up sites by borough, some say they do Rapid Tests, just use CTRL-F and serach for RAPID)

The following one isn't too far:

Marcy Plaza
(Rapid antigen testing available)
Corner of Marcy Avenue & Fulton Street
Brooklyn, NY 11216
Dates: March 1 - 7
Monday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

I'm assuming you meant this as a joke, but in all seriousness, IINM they can only give to those eligible by age and profession. The comorbidities like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, etc. will only make you eligible at Federal sites like Medgar Evans.

I'm not so sure you are correct on that. I believe they can also give to people with comorbidities (though I think there's also an age cutoff associated with that).

When I called a few weeks ago it wasn’t elective, even if you were eligible the doctor there has to initiate contact, no waiting list and they can’t ask the doctors.

I'm not so sure you are correct on that. I believe they can also give to people with comorbidities (though I think there's also an age cutoff associated with that).

The age cutoff is for some comorbidities to qualify for an antibody infusion. Vaccine comorbidities have no age cutoff and you are eligible anywhere vaccines are available besides pharmacies (which are reserved for seniors).

Not just pharmacies, but all the clinics and hospitals here: https://vaccinefinder.nyc.gov/locations
As opposed to the locations here: https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/
