These are weird.  No handle and larger than the usual spatula scraper.
Are they completely stiff or a bit flexible like silicon?
I think it's worth spending more for a silicon one with a handle.
But maybe these have a specific use I'm not aware of.

Thanks for that information. 


My dough doesn't usually stick to the counter; if it does I use a stiff frying spatula to separate it from the surface.
To cut my dough into sections I use a knife.


I guess that's why I didn't know this was a thing.


Although I do use a dough kneeder to smash my eggs into eggsalad on Shabbos.
