Does anyone know why if I book with Avios they are no longer providing a miles refund for cancellations online? They are only offering an E-voucher. How do I actually get the miles credited?

Do you know for a fact that calling in helps? Are they not planning on allowing cancelation online? ( and crediting points)?

Yes. I had the same issue, I canceled online and called them to have the point reinstated.
