Booked 2 tickets with the travel portal but only got 1.5%, since the charge on the card is from the airline. I sent them a SM to try to get it adjusted. I’m assuming you’d have to use 1 UR point for it to appear on the statement as “chase travel”. Anyone else experienced this?

I didn't have the exact same problem,
I booked through the portal a few days before the bonus started.
I sm'ed asking if I can get it anyhow. They sent me letter that I can't
