I would add 4: whichever car is big enough for what I need right then

I would think that complicates the abstract question. Of course itís important that the car be big enough, but all things equal, which car would you take?

I know people who drive their minivans to shul every morning because their second sedan isnít so great.

Personally, I try to keep the wear and tear off of my minivan as much as possible. The junker can get the abuse.

Yup, no contest there.
I can't imagine any car is so amazing that I'd be willing to rearrange the car seat configuration based on who is going in the car.

No contest between the two cars parked in the driveway absent a reason to use a specific one.

When I had a 3YO Ford E150 and a 10 YO Ford Escort I used the Escort more because it was easier to park and used 1/4 of the gas.
Just because things turned out a certain way doesn't mean you were right.

There's carseats in both, but granted only boosters for the older 2 kids in the Tesla.
