PFAF, I can only share the details as he related them to me, that does not necessarily portray the facts.
He is flying almost weekly with air Canada the past few years.
He was on a flight with air Canada from TLV to Montreal with A stop in YYZ, the flight attendant was very rude and anti-Semitic at one point she told them something along the lines of "you f***ed up Jews", he them asked her for her ID number which she refused he took out his cell phone to snap a picture of her which enraged her, she told him I'll be filing a complaint with the airline and you'll be banned from ever flying air Canada again.
Lo and behold as he landed in YYZ he was denied boarding to Montreal, he was told that he'll get an official letter by mail (which he didn't yet)
Additionally they filed a complaint with transport Canada (see below) that he failed to comply with the mask rule after multiple warnings (according to him he wore his mask properly at all times)
Today he tried to board another air Canada flight and was denied so the ban is in effect.
What would be his course of action now?
He replied to transport Canada (below) they responded:
Thank you for your reply. Your submission will be given careful consideration. Please note that this investigation does not in itself impact your ability to fly. The decision to accept a passenger onboard is up to the individual air carrier. To whom this may concern,
Further to your correspondence regarding the non compliance report which was filed against me I would herby like to contest the allegations set forth.
First and foremost allow me to state that I "did" wear my non medical face mask at all times, and that there were no requests from any crew member for me to comply since I complied anyways, and I do have contact info from two passengers on the flight that can confirm the fact that my mask was worn appropriately at all times, it can also be verified if you have access to surveillance footage on board.
Allow me however to explain the nature of the complaint and why the crew member filed it.
Allow me to first apologize for what happened in my interactions with the crew member but it is crucial you understand that there was no violation of the mask order.
In short the crew member refused to treat me like the other and in addition she racistly stated "I was a f***ed up Jew" hearing that I demanded she give me her employee ID because I want to file a complaint with the airline, when she refused I retrieved my cellphone to take a picture of her, I'm not sure if I was allowed to that and I apologize if I wasn't, all I wanted to is have identification to file a complaint, subsequently she threatened to file a complaint and ban me from flying air Canada ever again.
This is a simple case of turning the tables and take revenge and avoid me filing a complaint against her.
I'll save the nitty gritty details for my complaint with air Canada however in short: I encountered a very strange attitude on the part of the crew members plane, which “was humiliating, disparaging and tainted with prominent, anti-Jewish signs". I felt attacked by the crew several times just for being a Jew because of my character.
Airline representatives informed me that their flight tickets back to Montreal would not be accessible to me. And that unfortunately I am no longer wanted on Air Canada flights. It was pure anti-Semitism with no justification, literally. "

I'm a regular traveler of over 15 years and I travel almost weekly for essential services serving as a rabbi overseeing kosher slaughter throughout the world and ensuring the Jewish population has a constant supply of meat and poultry meeting their strict dietary guidelines.
Married and the proud father of 7 children I have no criminal record, I do not smoke, no drugs or alcohol, in short A person involved in the daily life of the world.
It is my hope that Transport Canada will understand the situation and close this fictional complaint.
Please understand that your response is crucial as I'm scheduled to fly again on a kosher mission this afternoon.
