trying to open mozilla firefox

I was trying to open mozilla firefox and it says that i don't have the necassary permissions to use all the features of the program that i am about to run.
what do i do?

if i cant use this what  can i have as a 3rd browser (already have ie and chrome)

Try safari, go to filehippo.com or download.com and you'll see a whole new world. (what did the say about ie users )
BTW I would uninstall firefox and reinstall, and you can use incognito in chrome as a 3rd browser.

try running it as administrator

i tried that but the password did not work (used the password that i use to log on to my computer).

if you are logged on to the computer as the admin it shouldn't prompt you for a password
