Can anyone recommend good dress shirts that aren't Tyrwhitt?
« on: September 23, 2020, 10:57:00 PM »
Nothing against Tyrwhitt, but I feel they're a bit too ubiquitous to wear to the office.

I love Kirkland but unfortunately they are only selling slim fit these days.

TIA.

Paul Fredrick.

Life hack: if you can't find a valid introductory offer or a good promo code, order just one or two shirts. After placing the order, they often send you a targeted promo code for a future order. Then order the rest of your shirts using the promo code.

IME the codes they send aren't as good as their season sales.

How does Kirkland compare to CT?

They're really nice thick shirts. They do thin out after a while but they look very dressy.

Also, remember that their return policy is amazing.
If you feel comfortable doing it, they will take back a shirt that the stain should have come out of, but didn't.

Can I ask how you're defining "ubiquitous" and why that impacts your wanting to wear them to the office?

Somehow I don't think Kirkland is the way to go for that.

They aren’t obvious in the way Tyrwhitt is.

I got the shirts from this deal
https://www.dansdeals.com/shopping-deals/apparel-deals/clothing/banana-republic-non-iron-white-blue-dress-shirts-just-21-06-stacking-discounts/

They are perfect imo. Now they are starting to show wear but are still in very good condition. I want to get more but I can't figure out which model it is on banana republics site and either way it's too expensive.

Did anybody else get these and know what a comparable shirt would be?
I'm not against tyrwhit but I want to know if it's comparable before I purchase.

The shirts were the Camden fit  100% cotton
