Would like advice and opinions please. Have tested negative for Corona, but..

Would    like to hear advice , please.
Yesterday during the early part of the day I started feeling a bit hot and sweaty. I checked my fever and it was 98.6.That is slightly high for me (i believe that today, most people have normal temperature that is a actually below 98.6).Since as the day progressed I continued to feel a bit uncomfortable, I went to a clinic and got a rapid test and a regular test. Since the clinic closed without giving me an answer, I went later that night to another clinic, which gave me a rapid test that was negative. This morning I got the results for the other rapid test and it was also negative. I have yet to get results from the regular test which can take a few days.
Problem is I still have fever and am not feeling very well.
I am keeping home in the meantime, but the problem is what to do for shul especially on yom kippur.

Definitely stay home over shabbos. Even if it's not Covid and your body is fighting off something else, there's no reason to put yourself at risk with a compromised immune system. Is there a way to get another rapid on Sunday morning?

There probably is a way, but I am not sure how reliable the tests are. Davening at home on ykippur is not easy

Plenty of people have had the same thing, I know someone who only tested positive after 3-4 days of symptoms.

It really depends on where you are and the odds of being exposed. Be happy that you can fast, which is Deoraisa, and don't beat yourself up about davening in a minyan, which is far down the totem pole

The problem I see is that although you likely don't have covid, you have something else that may be catchy.  Seasonal flu is going around.
So I think you should stay home over Shabbos and get better.
By Sunday night it should be safe enough for you to go to shul.
But, as PlatinumGuy points out, fasting is the deoreisa.  So if you're not yet up to staying in shul the whole time, take a nap and come back for neila.

As a precaution, take your temp again tomorrow morning, before shabbos, and after shabbos. If you develop fever, don't go out unnecessarily for 24 hours fever free, and be careful to wear a mask and avoid gatherings.
