To signup for credit cards you can click here or on the “other credit cards” tab on top of the DansDeals logo banner to view links for card offers. Then just click on the link to “View all card offers by issuing bank” and scroll down to view all card offers from the bank of your choice.

For those who want to churn and/or want to get the bonus without paying the annual fee: Wait until the A/F gets charged, pay it off with the rest of the bill, and the sign-up bonus will post (at the end of that billing cycle). Then call to close the account and ask to be refunded. They can't charge an A/F for a card you aren't using. You will not lose the miles once they are in your US Airways account.

It seems that if after you use the card you just let it sit unused for a couple months, they will then email you with a targeted offer for 15,000 more points for spending $750 a month for three months.

Churn the U.S air card as much as you can, dont let it sit around waiting for the offer in the wiki.
Ounce they stop offering the card (somtime next year) then you can wait around for that offer.

I applied yesterday for this card, I called up reconsideration and they rejected me because i already opened up too many credit cards in the past 7 months (10 cards all together), any ideas on how I can convince them to approve me?

HUCA.
Tell tell them you use the cards to track different expenses. (Especially if some are business). You opened certain ones because of the no forex fees for when you were traveling etc. You can also offer to move CL from a different card if you have one.
They asked me the same question yesterday but I was prepared for it, gave the answers, she said it was a smart way to stay on top of various expenses (ha little does she know ;)) and then approved me.

I called them up to cancel, they offered to change it to the arrival no fee. Are there any disadvantages to accept their offer?
Is it harder to get accepted if I already have a different barclaycard? (until now I only had this USAirways card from barclaycard)
Is it easier if I just cancel it instead?

Thanks

Have an issue getting back my annual fee from Barclays after canceling a US Airways Card, I am aware that there are laws about this, can anybody put up a link to those regulations ?

Sorry maybe not a law but definitely a regulation, if I remember correctly Dan spoke about it a few times here on DDF but I don't remember where

I'll take anything... law, regulation, statute, directive, administrative ruling, court decision...

...anything.

AFAIK, it's folklore.

You should get a letter in your welcome packet stating the signup bonus. (I just got my welcome packet, about 3 weeks after signing up)
