applied with that so called better offer (didn't think much) was declined because it is for Preffered or elite only.
then went ahead and applied for the regular offer and was told need to wait 30 days !

so upsetting when we don't know this and now have to wait.
and in 30 days this offer may not be around, last gasps.

I applied on Nov. 11th, used it for $1 and the AF posted about 2 weeks ago. My statement closed yesterday.
Should I be seeing it soon?

It will not post if you do not pay the annual fee. My recent statement closed too all I got was 112 posted to account which is what I spent, now I have paid the fee, and the 40k/50k miles will post on the next statement.

Well, I spend $92 plus the AF. But my statement closed with only $1, cause I already made a payment.
If it'll only post the next statement, I probably won't get another shot at this card. Oh well.

Also, if it will only post the next statement, I will have had the card for more than 60 days. Will they still refund the AF if I cancel?

The $1 wasn't paid for the miles. I just bought something in the store.

It look like you wrote you sent a check to pay for the annual fee. You meant check was sent back to you refunded?
