Pulls from TU in NJ, NY , FL , PA

Recon 866 408 4064 (might pull from Experian)

For those who want to churn and/or want to get the bonus without paying the annual fee: Wait until the A/F gets charged, pay it off with the rest of the bill, and the sign-up bonus will post (at the end of that billing cycle). Then call to close the account and ask to be refunded. They can't charge an A/F for a card you aren't using. You will not lose the miles once they are in your US Airways account.

It seems that if after you use the card you just let it sit unused for a couple months, they will then email you with a targeted offer for 15,000 more points for spending $750 a month for three months.

Thanks Baruch. Anyone else know of anyone it did not work for? The reason I ask is all the reports I have seen (only a couple) it has worked.

Bottom line,

The 35k, first year waved, says the offer expired. Is this true?
The 40k, $89 a year is working. Is this the best around?
If I cancelled a week ago (was my 3rd card I think) is it as easy to get it again as before the merger?

Anyone has the bottom line?

Points just posted for the personal and business. Want to do the same apps for DW. Is there much risk in using my FF#?

Do you know if you got 1 or 2 pulls from the personal and biz application?

Thanks

I've never had any Barclay Cards which would be the 2 best to apply for now ? I can seem to find any 40K or 35K links for the US Airways business or personal card anywhere? Any help would be appreciated !

one of my clients Just used 2 of them on a family trip to LA
They actually work.  ::) ::) After you jump through the hoops.  :P
The CSR told him he must use his USAIR card even though that is not in the T & C.
I Don't think they really expect anyone to use them.  >:( >:(

CMIIAW, but the rules of the companion pass is: First ticket $250, next 2 are $99 each, which is a total of $450. Then the 4th is $150 to equal 4 for $600.

If thats the case then this was a no deal.
